The SVR II Revision Knee Replacement is the second generation of the successful SVR Revision Knee Replacement.
The cemented revision knee replacement with dorsal stabilization replacing the posterior cruciate ligament is derived from the primoimplant type SVL. The implant allows for a wide modularity to surgically address most anatomical conditions or knee joint destructions.
Implant characteristics:
Implant is dedicated to revision surgery after release of components with major bone loss.
It is also used in knee joint surgery in cases of ligamentous instability or extensor deficiency with excision of the posterior cruciate ligament.
It can be also used in some trauma indications (e.g. periprosthetic fractures).
Set contains following components:
Femoral component type SVR
Tibial component type SVR
Insert type SVR
Femoral stem type SVR + femoral adapter
Tibial stem type SVR
Optional components:
Tibial augmentation (wedge, diagonal, block)
Femoral augmentation (dorsal, distal)
SVL/SVR adapter (in case of combination of femoral component SVL and tibial component SVR)
